Then, we feel like a failure and ditch all things dieting. Then a vicious cycle continues and we never truly see progress.
At Serenity Nutrition we have a program that is backed by Registered Dietitians from Healthy Steps Nutrition. It is a science-based approach that focuses on simple behavior modification to create positive change without the stress of "dieting." When you have a coach you can build confidence around your food choices and learn what works best for YOU! You will receive individualized nutrition coaching with meal plans based off of your goals and where you are starting from now. You also receive access to the Healthy Steps Nutrition app for more accountability and knowledge. You will be able to decide if you want once per month face to face check-ins or bi-weekly face to face check-ins. It's a choice of what will empower you the most to create habits that will last a lifetime!
